Your doula will meet with you before you give birth to go over your birth plan and provide you with education on the postpartum experience.
Postpartum visit
Your doula will provide you with 8 hours of postpartum service. These 8 hours may be used in a variety of ways, which you will discuss with your doula. Some common postpartum support provided includes babysitting, overnight care, light house cleaning, cooking, and even walking your dog. Together, you and your doula will decide how to use your 8 hours.
